Fees & Funding

There are several ways families can access and fund occupational therapy services. If you’re unsure which option is right for you, feel free to reach out and I can help point you in the right direction.

NDIS

Occupational therapy services can be funded through the NDIS if your child has funding for therapeutic supports in their plan. This is usually under Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living. We work with self-managed and plan-managed participants and can support your child through assessments, ongoing therapy sessions, and progress reports to help work towards their NDIS goals.

Private Payment

Families are also welcome to access occupational therapy through private payment. This can be a great option for families who are waiting for an NDIS plan, do not meet NDIS criteria, or would simply like additional support. Sessions can be booked as needed and invoices will be provided after each appointment.

Private Health Insurance

Some private health insurance providers offer extras cover for occupational therapy. The amount you are able to claim back will depend on your individual policy. We recommend contacting your health fund directly to check your coverage and rebate options.

Exact session fees can be discussed over the phone or after our initial contact. I’m happy to talk through what works best for your family.
