Hi, I’m Cassidy!
I’m a registered paediatric occupational therapist and the founder of Little Octopus Therapy. I’m passionate about supporting children and families to build confidence, independence, and everyday skills in a way that feels achievable and supportive.
I work with children across early childhood and the primary school years, supporting areas such as emotional regulation, sensory processing, fine and gross motor skills, and daily living skills. I believe therapy works best when it fits naturally into a child’s real life, which is why I focus on practical, goal-directed strategies that families can use at home and in educational settings.
I place a strong emphasis on working closely with parents and carers, taking the time to understand each child’s strengths, challenges, and what matters most to their family.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and evidence-based, with sessions designed to be engaging, supportive, and meaningful.
When I’m not working, I love spending time with family, staying active, and finding new ways to make therapy fun and accessible for kids and their parent.
